Are the LED devices medical devices?
No. Our LED masks, red light cap and massage comb are sold as beauty and wellness devices for at-home routines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for each device.
Which plug does the Face & Neck LED Mask come with?
You choose: US, EU, UK or AU. US fits the United States and Canada. We pre-select the plug for your country on the product page, so please double-check it before you order.
What is the difference between the three LED masks?
The Face & Neck LED Mask has two pieces, one for the face and one for the neck, with seven light colors and four brightness levels. The Silicone LED Mask and the Photon Silicone Mask are flexible silicone face masks. Each product page lists exactly what its manufacturer states.
Where can I find full ingredient lists?
Each skincare product page lists the key ingredients named by the manufacturer. The complete ingredient list (INCI) is printed on the packaging.
